BasketsGalore allows you to order any gift via our website in complete confidence. The shopping basket allows you to check and modify your order before you arrange payment and delivery. You can view your order at any time by clicking on the 'Shopping Basket' link located on your right on our web page. When you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping basket you can click on 'Checkout' at which point you will need to complete 3 easy steps to finalise your order. Your personal details including your credit card number are kept private, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption, your details are 100% secure. You will know this because of the yellow padlock linking to the GeoTrust Website Identity Certificate displaying BasketsGalore as an encrypted website.

The information we collect and how we use it
This site uses various registration and order forms so we can complete your order. During this process we collect:

The Recipient's Details (address, telephone number, etc.)
Your Payment Details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.)
All payments details are erased immediately after payment has been processed. Under no circumstances will any personal information given by you to irishgourmet.co.uk be traded or sold to a third party. Your recipient's details are also collected in order to ensure correct gift delivery. Once again, under no circumstances will any of your recipient's personal information be traded or sold to a third party.
This website uses 'session' cookies which are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the website. These cookies cannot be used by themselves to identify you and your visit. You may choose to disable cookies in your web browser privacy settings in which case it will not affect your visit to our website or affect your online shopping activities.

If you need to send gifts to multiple addresses or recipients, our team can make the process straightforward and efficient. We accept delivery details in a convenient format to save you time and ensure accuracy.
You can simply email your list or spreadsheet of delivery addresses and recipients to [email protected]
Alternatively you might like to download and fill in out multiple order form.
Once received, we will review your information, confirm the total cost, and reply to arrange a suitable time for payment collection. Our corporate team will then process and coordinate the deliveries on your behalf.
For smaller bulk orders (fewer than ten addresses), you can use our Multiple Addresses feature directly on our website. When viewing your shopping cart, select the “Multiple Addresses” button to proceed through our online multiple-order checkout. This option allows you to:
Enter several delivery addresses.
Add individual gift card messages.
Complete all orders conveniently under a single payment.
Whether you are sending corporate Christmas hampers, client appreciation gifts, or staff reward baskets, we aim to make multi-recipient gifting as seamless as possible.
Damaged Goods
We are dedicated in ensuring all our gifts arrive with you in perfect condition. In the rare event of a gift being damaged, please contact us within 3 days by telephone, or email us at [email protected] In this event we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us, thereupon we will replace or refund.
Unwanted & Unsuitable Goods
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt, as long as the goods are in perfect condition, and the packaging remains in an “as new” state. Both the despatch and return costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We recommend using a reliable insured courier, or registered post, to return the item. In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, perishable goods or customised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned.
Please contact us by telephone, or email us at [email protected] to let us know that you would like to return an item. You will then need to print and fill out our Returns Form and return it with the unwanted item. All returns must be packaged to prevent damage, with the Returns Form enclosed. After we have received the goods, a refund will be made to the purchaser's credit card, this cost excludes the cost of delivery.
This returns policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directove 97/7/EC.) These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds for Goods Returned to Sender
BasketsGalore reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the original order value in the event of non delivery due to the following reasons:
In the event of a parcel being returned to us we will refund the cost of your order minus the shipping costs. If an error has been made or an incomplete address has been given, the cost of shipping together with the same cost for return of the parcel back to us, and possibly further restocking charges will be deducted from the total value of your order.
BasketsGalore reserves the right to make a charge of a minimum of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order.
Cancellations
Should the purchaser, for any reason, request to cancel an order prior to despatch, the purchaser agrees to reimburse any loss incurred by BasketsGalore.
In the event that the purchaser should cancel the order after despatch BasketsGalore reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the original order value.
All refunds will be made within 7 days. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst every effort is made to supply items as specified, the contents of each gift are subject to availability. BasketsGalore reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate, and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value. Plates, glasses and other props shown in photographs may not be included in a hamper unless specifically listed. Wine vintages and labels may vary from those shown.
Sale of Alcohol
Items containing alcohol can only be ordered and delivered to those 18 years of age and over.

Any comments you have will be welcomed by us, taken very seriously and treated in the strictest confidence and dealt with immediately.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and give you a timescale for resolving your complaint and keep you informed of progress.
You may receive promotional offers via email, not usually any more than four per calendar year. There is an option at the bottom of each email enabling you to unsubscribe at any time.
