A La Cuna pate hand-made in Toledo using traditional artisan methods. This is a delicious light mousse, hand-made using a mixture of full-flavoured mushrooms mixed with white truffle, leeks, ground peanuts, butter and olive oil, spices and salt - no artificial additives.
